I think I could have figured it out, but it was very nice to have pictures and diagrams to go off of. Just needed a philips screwdriver, an open end wrench and an O-ring pliers. You can do it yourself. I have been searching for a part for my Lifecycle for months. Looking through the "Link" sites and other bogus internet sales scams when I found your site .... GREAT.
